About Ferryview

• Eltham library is on Eltham High Street which is a busy place with many people and shops.
• We wanted to see what it was like at the library and compare it to the other libraries we have visited.

What's good?

• The person we spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
• She was talking to us and knelt down so she was at the same height as us.
• We asked a lot of questions and the lady answered them - she spoke to us.

What could be better?

• It was not easy to find the disabled access because it was around to the side of the building.
• The sign showing the way to the disabled access was very small and it would be better if it was bigger and made easier to understand.
