About Abbey Bank
- I needed to get some money bags.
- I went in to the bank on my own.
- I waited in the queue till it was my turn. I was very nervous.
- I had to be brave because it was something I haven't tried before.
- I was worried about if the man in the bank would understand me.
What's good?
- No steps or stairs
- The door opened by itself
- The staff were helpful
- The lights in the bank are bright so it is easy to see things
- The bank man spoke to me and was helpful
- I felt good when I came out from the bank because I had done it all by myself!
What could be better?
- A lower counter for people who use wheelchairs
- I didn't ask for any information because I was in a hurry so I don't know about their leaflets.
