We went to the pool to find out how we can start swimming there.
What's good?
- There is a ramp
- We spoke to the staff. They were friendly and helpful to us
- They spoke to us nicely
- The light was good - it was easy to see things
- The woman we spoke to was very helpful, she took time to speak to us
- She listened carefully to our questions
- She wrote things down for us
- She smiled
What could be better?
- We would have liked to look around the place and the changing rooms and disabled toilets but there was people in there so we could not go in.
