About Ferryview

Evette and Lisa wanted to get some information about women's health. We called in at Ferryview Health Centre in Woolwich.

What's good?

• It is easy to get in and out
• There is a ramp and a lift
• The rooms are bright and it's easy to see There is a disabled toilet
• There are signs that easy to understand
• The staff we met were helpful and friendly
• The manager came down to meet with us
• They gave us the information we wanted
• There is a self check in area.

What could be better?

• The self check in area can be difficult to understand and work for some people
• The information we got about women's health could be made easier to understand by using fewer words and more pictures.
