What's good?

• The staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful to me
• Staff spoke to me nicely
• Staff offered to read leaflets for me
• They told me about the information on the posters
• It was nice and quiet
• There are some disabled signs
• There is a disabled entrance to the side of the building - look out for the signs

What could be better?

• More signs for disabled people
• Inside there are a lot of stairs but no lift
