About the station

• More and more places in Greenwich and London are easier for people with disabilities to use.
• I wanted to find out how easy it would be for me to get the train to London or other places in Greenwich.

What's good?

• The woman in the ticket office was helpful.
• She spoke to me and not my support worker.
• She looked at me when I asked her questions You can get to both platforms without having to walk up steps or stairs.
• There are toilets that people can use.
• The light in the ticket office is nice and bright.

What could be better?

• The time tables are difficult to understand.
• If you use a wheelchair you have to let staff know when you want to travel so they can help you on the train.
• New trains should be made so you can get on without using a ramp.
