  • I wanted to find out how easy it would be for me to get the train to London or other places in Greenwich.

  • There is a ramp to get to the ticket hall
  • The staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful to us
  • The light was good - it was easy to see things. It was not a noisy place There is a disabled toilet
  • The entrance to the platforms are at the side of the station

  • There could be better signs to show the way to the disabled entrance to the platforms.
