What's good?

• The lady I spoke to was helpful.
• She spoke to me and asked me the questions.
• She was good at explaining things and didn't mind telling me more than one time.
• She wrote things down for me. It is easy to get in to the bank.
• There is a ramp inside.
• It is easy to see and it wasn't too noisy.

What could be better?

• The cash machines and the counters are all too high for many people who use wheelchairs
• It would be good if they have one machine and a desk that is lower.
