About the surgery
- On our way to the back of the shops on Woolwich Common Estate we noticed a GP surgery.
- We sent our mystery shoppers to pay a visit and ask about information about men and women's health.
What's good?
- Easy to get in and out
- No steps
- Big disabled toilet Nice and quiet
What could be better?
- Staff didn't have any information we wanted.
- It would have been nice if they had offered to get the information for us.
- There were too may posters on the walls in the waiting room that made it a bit confusing.
- We think the waiting room can be made more cosy and a nicer place to wait to see your doctor.
