About the Post Office
- I wanted to find out how out how to get a passport.
- The woman in the post office gave me a form and told me I had to fill it in
- I think the form is difficult to understand. (Lisa)
What's good?
- Easy to get in and out
- There are no steps
- The light was good it was easy to see things
- The staff who served me was helpful and friendly
- She told me her name
- She smiled at me
- She took her time and listened to me
What could be better?
- It would be a good idea to have a lower counter for people who use wheelchairs
